Papaya Gaming - WSC Social Media Activity Terms

These Social Media Activity Terms ("Social Activity Terms") are supplemental to, and form an integral part of, the Papaya Gaming - World Solitaire Championship - Supplemental Miami Event Terms ("Miami Event Terms"), the Papaya Gaming - World Solitaire Championship Terms ("WSC Terms"), the Papaya Gaming Terms of Use ("Papaya General Terms") and the Privacy Policy. 

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Miami Event Terms, the WSC Terms or the Papaya General Terms, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Social Activity Terms and the Miami Event Terms, WSC Terms, or Papaya General Terms, these Social Activity Terms shall prevail solely with respect to this Activity and solely to the extent of the conflict.

1. Activity Overview. 

   1. Papaya Gaming Ltd. ("Papaya", "we", or "us") is running a social media activity ("Activity") in connection with the Miami Event. 

   2. The Activity consists of a social media challenge on Instagram, as further described below.

2. Activity Period. 

   1. The Activity will commence on February 16, 2026 at 00:00 AM (EST) and will end on February 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM (EST) (the "Activity Period"). 

   2. Entries submitted outside the Activity Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Activity, you must: 

   1. Be a Participant in the Miami Event (as defined in the Miami Event Terms). 

   2. For the avoidance of doubt, accompanying guests, plus-ones and any other individuals who are not registered Participants in the Miami Event are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

   3. Have a personal Instagram account that is set to public for the duration of the Activity Period and for at least twenty-four (24) hours following the conclusion of the Activity Period.

   4. Meet all other eligibility requirements set forth in the Miami Event Terms, WSC Terms and Papaya General Terms.

4. How to Participate.

   1. To participate in the Activity, eligible Participants must complete all five (5) posting stages as outlined in the Activity information email distributed by Papaya.

   2. Each post must: (a) be posted on the Participant's personal Instagram account; (b) comply with the creative guidelines specified by Papaya for each stage, including any required photos, videos, and text; and (c) include the following tags: @solitaire_cash #SolitaireCash #WSC.

   3. Posts that do not comply with the creative guidelines or tagging requirements will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered for the Activity.

5. Winner Selection.

   1. Three (3) winners will be selected based on the number of likes received on their posts. 

   2. The three (3) posts with the highest number of likes, as counted at the conclusion of the Activity Period, will be declared the winning posts. 

   3. Winners may be selected from any of the five (5) posting stages.

   4. Each Participant may win only once, regardless of how many posts they submit.

   5. In the event of a tie in the number of likes, Papaya will determine the winner at its sole discretion based on factors such as creativity, adherence to creative guidelines and overall engagement.

6. Prizes.

   1. Each of the three (3) winners will receive a gift kit valued at approximately USD $530, which includes: (a) a throw blanket; (b) a stone/ceramic aroma diffuser; (c) a branded robe; and (d) a large three-wick candle.

   2. Prizes will be awarded in person at the Miami Event. Alternatively, Papaya may, at its discretion, ship the prize to the winner's registered address.

   3. Papaya reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value (approximately USD $530) at its sole discretion.

   4. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration. Unless otherwise provided by law, winners are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prizes received.

7. Compliance with Instagram Terms. 

   1. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Activity complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. 

   2. Papaya is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram.

8. General.

   1. Papaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Activity (or any aspect thereof) at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice.

   2. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and other general terms set forth in the Miami Event Terms, WSC Terms, and Papaya General Terms apply to your participation in the Activity.
