I no longer use the phone number I registered with. How can I log in?
If you have a new phone number, you can update it when you try to log into your existing account or during the withdrawal process.
Logging into an existing account:
If you are an existing user trying to log back into your account, follow these steps:
- Open the game app on your device
- Tap “Sign in” when prompted to sign in as an existing player
- Tap “Update here” at the bottom of the popup
- Enter your old phone number, your new phone number, and the email you used when you created your account
- Open the verification email you received from the game app and click the link inside to verify your identity
- You can now log in to your account using your new number
During the withdrawal process
If you’re already logged in and try to make a withdrawal from the game app, follow these steps:
- Start the withdrawal process
- When you reach the verification step, tap “Update here” at the bottom of the popup
- Enter your old phone number, your new phone number, and the email you used when you created your account
- Open the verification email you received from the game app and click the link inside to verify your identity
- You can now continue with the withdrawal process
