I no longer use the phone number I registered with. How can I log in?

If you have a new phone number, you can update it when you try to log into your existing account or during the withdrawal process.

Logging into an existing account:

If you are an existing user trying to log back into your account, follow these steps:

1. Open the game app on your device
2. Tap “Sign in” when prompted to sign in as an existing player
3. Tap “Update here” at the bottom of the popup
4. Enter your old phone number, your new phone number, and the email you used when you created your account
5. Open the verification email you received from the game app and click the link inside to verify your identity
6. You can now log in to your account using your new number

During the withdrawal process

If you’re already logged in and try to make a withdrawal from the game app, follow these steps:

1. Start the withdrawal process
2. When you reach the verification step, tap “Update here” at the bottom of the popup
3. Enter your old phone number, your new phone number, and the email you used when you created your account
4. Open the verification email you received from the game app and click the link inside to verify your identity
5. You can now continue with the withdrawal process.
