Why can’t I see all my Facebook friends (iOS)?

If you're an iOS user and your Facebook friends list isn’t syncing automatically, it’s likely because tracking permissions are disabled for our game on your phone. Don’t worry! You can still update your friends list manually by tapping the “Refresh” button*.

To enable automatic updates, follow these steps to grant tracking permissions:

1. Open your phone’s Settings app.
2. Scroll down to find the game and tap on it.
3. Look for the option “Allow Tracking” and toggle it on.

If you don’t see the “Allow Tracking” option:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
2. Make sure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is turned on.
3. You’ll see a list of apps – make sure the toggle next to our game is switched on.

After granting permissions, close and reopen the game to apply the changes.

*Tapping the "Refresh" button will disconnect your Facebook account from the game and ask you to log back in.
