How do I request a withdrawal if I am located in Arizona, Louisiana and Michigan?

If you are a player located in Arizona, Louisiana or Michigan, you can only withdraw sums you deposited and not any winnings. Withdrawal of deposits will not forfeit your Bonus Cash.

To request a withdrawal, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Tap the purple menu icon in the right-hand corner of your screen. There you will find “Account.”

Step 2: Tap the “Withdraw” tab.

Step 3: To see the balance available to withdraw, take a look at “Withdrawable Amount”.

Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Amount to Withdraw” field. Please note that there's a minimum withdrawal amount, and a $1 withdrawal processing fee will be deducted.

Step 5: Review your request to make sure it’s correct, and press “Submit Withdrawal”.

Step 6: The next screens will be a “Withdrawal Overview” and “Transaction Summary”. If all looks correct, then proceed.

When your withdrawal processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email as well.

A couple of things to keep in mind when submitting a withdrawal request:

●      Withdrawals may be processed as refunds of your original deposits back to your original method of payment used in the game.

●      Withdrawals are processed within 14 days, but usually players receive the funds within 2 business days. Please be sure to read your withdrawal confirmation email for more information.

●      Only one withdrawal can be requested at a time.
