What should I include in my message to the Support team?
When sending the Support team a message, please do your best to describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Any information helps the team look into it for you quicker and provide you with the best assistance.
For example, if you are contacting the Support team in regards to a:
- Payment – be sure to include the transaction date and amount of the payment and which payment method was used (Last four digits of the Credit/Debit card number, PayPal email address or Venmo Username).
- Tournament – be sure to include a screenshot of the leaderboard results, making sure the tournament ID is displayed.
